Dylan played a key role in the success of AVP Law by contributing to its vision and implementation. After spending over three years with AVP Law, Dylan has moved on to pursue the next stage of his career.

He is now an Attorney at Colón Law Firm in Greer, specializing in immigration law.

Dylan also holds the Vice Chair Position for Hispanic Alliance's Legal Team and is a member of the American Immigration Lawyers Association (AILA). He has extensive knowledge of immigration law policies and procedures and has experience working in family court by providing adoption legal services, serving as a Guardian Ad Litem, and obtaining court orders for Special Immigrant Juvenile Status. Dylan has a strong passion for helping others and strives to meet his clients' needs by providing top-notch legal services.

William is an experienced attorney who has specialized in estate planning, business planning, and asset planning. He also holds a CFP® designation (Certified Financial Planner), which has given him a comprehensive understanding of how financial planning and estate planning should work together. William is dedicated to offering effective planning services tailored to each individual client, and is passionate about providing competent guidance.

William has recently shifted his practice to focus exclusively on ERISA law, with a particular emphasis on his proprietary In-service Marital Rollover ™ process. This innovative process allows one spouse to transfer their qualified retirement plan to the other spouse, providing benefits for financial planning and legal purposes.
